This is pretty damn good! I've never been able to get the puppet tool to work very well, but you nailed it here!

Yea, this is pretty good. Very unique. Are you useing bown-tool in after effects?

I am using After Effects, but I'm not aware of the bown tool?  Mostly these are just puppet warp (to give the movement) and an external filter I found which simulates hand held footage.

Sorry, it's supposed to say "bone-tool";) It's pretty good and easy to use. You put "points" on the figure that work like joints, and then you can bend the figure at the joint so it looks like realistic-ish movement. Put a joint on the foot, one on the knee and another at the hip and then animate the leg movement.

Ahh, yes, that sounds like the tool I'm using.  I thought its name was like "puppet warp", but I might be confusing that with a function in Photoshop.

Oh, you're right. I've heard it been called bone-tool before, but in my latest version of AE it's called "Puppet pin". So, I was wrong:D
